The question being:  "Shall CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 124(FIN)                     
"An Act transferring the regulation of nursing home administrators             
to the Department of Commerce and Economic Development;                        
abolishing the Board of Nursing Home Administrators; clarifying the            
conditions under which a nursing home administrator license may be             
denied; and providing for an effective date" pass the Senate?"  The
